Service Region

Onsite and Remote Service Regions

The Onsite service area are the shaded areas on the Map.

The remote service area is anywhere accessible via the internet so long as there is a ‘pair of hands’ able to assist with any requests. Remote servicing is on a case by case basis as there are some necessary infrastructure requirements to be able to do it.

Callout Fees

Onsite visits may include a callout fee.

No callout fee is applicable in the ‘Main’ service area (blue area on the Map). This includes the townships of Mudgee, Gulgong, Ulan and Cooyal.

A callout fee is applicable in the ‘Extended’ service area (red area on the Map). This includes the townships of Ilford, Sofala, Hill End, Bylong, Cassilis, Coolah Tops, Dunedoo and Goolma. The fee is $2/km distance beyond the main service area by road. An accurate callout fee will be advised before any visit.
